中国远洋海运境外燃油供应商库续建工作启动，本轮供应商库入库有效期自2024年4月1日至2027年3月31日。
现向全球公开寻源，具体安排公告如下：
一、建库方式：（略）
本轮境外燃油供应商库按照“1个核心港口库+6个主要港口库+1个综合库”的方式：（略）
（1）核心港口（1个）：新加坡
（2）主要港口（6个）：ARA（安特卫普、鹿特丹、阿姆斯特丹三港合一）、香港、巴生、纽约、比雷埃夫斯、富加拉
（3）除以上7个港口外，其他港（略）域统建1个综合库。
二、寻源方式：（略）
拟从以下三方面确定境外燃油意向供应商名单：
（1）原中国远洋海运集团境外燃油库内合格供应商；
（2）（略）根据业务需要，推（略）场竞争力的燃油供应商；
（3）供应商自荐。
三、入库文件要求
意向供应商须在2024年2月23日北京时间17:00前提交如下文件，过期视作无效文件。
1、供应商信息登记表；
2、供应商反商业贿赂承诺书；
3、供应商社会准则符合性自审问卷；
4、制裁合规方面的承诺书；
5、（略）年经审计的财务报告（（如果2023年报告未出，提供2020年、2021和2022年三年的报告）；
6、供应商推介资料填报表。

ThisroundofoverseasfuelSupplierListwillberebuiltaccordingtotheprincipleof"1coreportlist+6majorportindividuallist+1comprehensivelist",withthenumberofentreesappropriatelycontrolled.Thepotentialsupplierentryintothelist(s)willbereviewedanddecidedbyanexpertpanel.

(3)SelfrecommendationbySuppliers

3.ApplicationRequirements
