1.★压力等级：电子压力计压力等级≥10000psi，压力计电缆压力等级≥10000psi。
2.★温度等级：电子压力计温度等级≥180℃，压力计电缆温度等级≥180℃。（温度等级是指长期生产条件下电子压力计及电缆所能承受的最大井液温度）
3.★材质要求：电子压力计及托筒与井筒流体接触材料材质不低于超级13Cr，适用于CO2分压4.78~5.00MPa、H2S分压0.052~0.60psi的井筒环境。

（1）如果投标人为代理商，投标人应得到货物制造商同意其在中国提供该货物的合法唯一授权；
（2）投标人以其自主制造的货物参与投标的，不能再将此货物同时授权给其他投标人参与投标，否则相关的所有投标均将被拒绝；
（3）投标人将被授权的货物再授权给其他投标人同时参与投标，相关的所有投标将被拒绝。
（4）投标货物为中国境内（指海关关境内，下同）品牌或中国境内生产制造的，不接受代理商投标。
（5）投标人应承诺其产品代理授权证书真实有效。对提供虚假材料骗取中标的，将按照《中华人民共和国招标投标法》第三十三条及《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》第四十二条追究其法律责任。

（2）★业绩要求RequirementforBidder'sreference:2018年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有至少3套整套（电子压力计、托筒、电缆、接头以及地面电缆）电子压力计供货业绩及配套的下井服务业绩。且供货业绩和服务业绩不低于本次采办对电子压力计压力等级、温度等级和材料级别的技术要求（压力等级10000psi及以上，温度等级180℃及以上，材料级别超级13Cr及以上）。如果投标人为代理商，则业绩中电子压力计与本次所投电子压力计必须为同一品牌，且须在业绩证明文件中体现。
