业绩要求RequirementforBidder'sreference:
a)2014年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应有至少1个合同的压缩机供货业绩，处理介质为天然气，且均满足压缩机处理量应≥15.83万方/小时和出口压力≥9200kPaG的技术要求，需证明压缩机的驱动机为燃机且功率≥10MW。
FromJanuary1,2014tothebiddingdeadline(basedonthedateofcontractsigning),（略），Andtheperformanceshouldincludeaprocessingcapacityof15.83×104cubicmeters/hour,andanoutletpressureof≥9200kPaG,andthecompressorshouldbedrivenbyagasturbinewithapower≥10MW.

b)如投标人无法满足以上业绩a）要求，（略）备案的首次工程应用管理认定，提供签字盖章的《首次工程应用管理认定申请审批表》证明文件，可视同满足以上业绩条件。

投标人需承诺燃驱离心式压缩机组按照《（略）安全规则》的要求进行设计、制造、认证和检验。投标人应委托中国国家安全生产监督管理总局海洋石油作业安全办公室（COOOSO）认可的船级社（ABS，DNV，CCS，BV之一）对双燃料透平发电机组整体（包括机组橇块外附属设备）进行检验并获得检验证书。
BiddersneedtopromisetheGASTURBINE-DRIVENCENTRIFUGALCOMPRESSORUNITSshallbedesigned,manufactured,certifiedandtestedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofSafetyRulesforOffshoreFixedPlatformIssuedbyStateEconomic&TradeCommission.PRC（SETC）.SuppliershallathisowncostarrangeinspectionandobtaininspectioncompliancecertificateofTheGASTURBINE-DRIVENCENTRIFUGALCOMPRESSORUNITS（includeoutsideaffiliatedequipmentofthedualfuelturbinegeneratorPackage）fromoneofthecertifyingagenciesauthorizedbyCOOOSO,whichareABS\DNV\CCS\BV.
