中国生物发酵与未来食品城瞄准高附加值生物发酵和高端未来食品方向，打造以酶制剂、功能糖、多肽/氨基酸、益生菌、为主的大健康产业集群，精准发力“特医食品、营养补充、运动修复”核心项目版块，加快导入布局未来食品产业，在“十四五”末形成百亿级产业。
中国生物发酵与未来食品城规划实施“3113工程”，打造未来食品产业联盟。即总规划面积3000亩，总投资不低于100亿元，产值规模不低于1000亿元，税收不低于30亿元。中国
生物发酵与未来食品城秉承“在中国代表世界趋势，在世界代表中国水平”的愿景，从产业循环发展的角度出发，规划建设一座集尖端研发、创新生产、工业旅游、商业服务、产城融合的产业新城，让食品城成为享誉国内、国际知名的创新之城。
中国生物发酵与未来食品城坐落于江苏泰兴黄桥经济（略）内。黄桥经济（略）始建于2009年，规划面积18平方公里。2018年9月，经江苏省政府批准，升格为省级经济（略）。黄桥经济（略）地处长江中下游沿岸，河网密布，水资源丰富，排水通畅。（略）位于长三角一体化发展战略经济圈的核心部位，区位优势显著。（略）现代交通体系完备。229省道、334省道、宁通、靖盐高速构筑了“贯穿东西、连接南北”（略）交通快道；如泰运河、姜黄河穿境而过，形成了“通江达海”的水运新航线；200公里半径范围内，有上海虹桥、南京禄口、无锡硕放、扬泰等7个机场；（略）、北沿江高铁在境内设站。区内水、电、气、热供应稳定，建有日处理能力2万吨的污水处理厂，配套设施完备。

Bio-FermentationandFutureFoodCityofChinaBio-FermentationandFutureFoodCityofChina,aimingatdevelopinghigh-value-addedBio-Fermentationproductsandhigh-endFutureFood,isbuilttoforgeamassivehealthindustryclusterthatmainlyfocusesonfoodenzymepreparation,functionalcarbohydrates,polypeptides,aminoacidsandprobiotics,etc.Centeringonthecoreprojectof“FoodforSpecialMedicalPurpose,NutritionSupplementary,andAfter-exerciseMaintenanceProducts”,weaccelerateintroducingrelevantenterprisestoformaten-billion-levelindustrybytheendoftheFourteenthFiveYearPlanperiod.
Weareimplementingthe“3113Project”todevelopaFutureFoodindustryalliance.Thatis,thetotalplanningareaof3000mu(2squarekilometers),thetotalinvestmentofnolessthan10billionyuan,theoutputvalueofnolessthan100billionyuan,andthetaxrevenueofnolessthan3billionyuan.Weadheretothevisionof“leadingtheworldtrendinChina,representingtheChineselevelintheworld”,actfromtheperspectiveofcircularindustrydevelopment,andmakeeffortstoachievecity-industryintegration.WearenowprogrammingandconstructingtheCityintoanewindustrialcityequippedwithadvancedR&Dinstitutes,innovativeproductionteams,industrialtourismresources,andcommercialservicecompanies，whichiswell-knownbothathomeandabroad.
HuangqiaoEconomicDevelopmentZone,Taixing,JiangsuProvinceiswheretheBio-FermentationandFutureFoodCityofChinaislocated.Thedevelopmentzone,coveringaplanningareaof18squarekilometers,wasfoundedin2009.ItwasratedasaprovincialeconomicdevelopmentzonebyJiangsuProvincialPeople’sGovernmentinSeptember2018.Itisonthenorthbankofthemiddleandlower
reachesoftheYangtzeRiver,withadevelopedriversystemthatleadstoabundantwaterresourcesandagooddrainagesystem.IntheeconomiccircleoftheintegratedregionaldevelopmentoftheYangtzeRiverDelta,itenjoysoutstandinglocationadvantages.Themoderntransportationsystemofthedevelopmentzoneiscomplete:provincialhighwaysandexpresswaysconstituteanall-roundlandtransportnetwork;RutaiCanalprovidesashippinglineconnectedwiththeYangtzeRiverandtheYellowSea;7airportsincludingShanghaiHongqiaoInternationalAirport,NanjingLukouInternationalAirport,YangzhouTaizhouInternationalAirport,etc.arewithina200-kilometerradiusofthedevelopmentzone;theXinyi-ChangxingRailwayandtheShanghai-Nanjing-HefeiHigh-speedRailwayhavestationsinthetown.Withastablesupplyofwater,electricity,gas,andheat,andasewagetreatmentplantwithadailytreatmentcapacityof20,000tons,thedevelopmentzoneisequippedwithcompletesupportingfacilities.
