2)投标人必须是制造商或代理商投标；若为代理商，需提供制造商出具的针对本项目的唯一授权函；
3)自2019年1月1日至2023年12月31日（以合同签订日期为准），投标人所提供的投标产品应至少具有2项在中华人民共和国境内100吨/年及以上乙烯装置中同类工况下的供货业绩，且每项业绩中应同时包括①不少于20台文丘里管；②必须包含低温工况满足-115摄氏度及以下文丘里管；③至少包含一台口径不低于60”（或以上）文丘里管。
